Job List
Displays all job in the system, allowing users to view the total number of entries and remove any unnecessary job as needed.
Open List
In the job view, click "List" from the top menu to open the job list.
Custom columns view
- Click Columns Selected in the top menu.
- Choose the columns you want to display in your list.
View job
Click the arrow icon at the row of the job you want to view.
Delete job
- Click the
delete icon at the row of the job you want to delete.
- Select Yes to process with the deletion.
Job list colours
In the list view, two columns — Sales Total and Invoice Total — are displayed with special color highlights to indicate status:
- Highlight: Indicates a discrepancy between the Sales Total and Invoice Total.
- Red Sales Total: The sales order status is Completed.
- Blue Invoice Total: The sales invoice status is Paid.

Find job
Click Find from the top menu. (see Find in job Find)
