1. How do I reset my password?
Go to Profile > Change Password. If you cannot log in, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
2. Can I import existing products/inventory?
Yes. Use Settings > Imports to upload a CSV file with product details. Make sure to follow the template provided.
3. Is there a mobile app?
WorkTraq offers a responsive web interface that’s mobile-friendly. Native apps are in development—stay tuned for announcements.
4. Who can see my data?
Administrators manage user roles and permissions. Only authorized staff can view sensitive information such as financial data, customer lists, etc.
